Rosemarie ‘Mo’ Blase assists in all stages of civil litigation and drafts complex motions and briefs on behalf of the firm’s corporate and individual clients.

Mo works closely with other Dowd Bennett attorneys and their clients to identify and analyze the key legal issues of a particular lawsuit. She then drafts motions and briefs for all stages of litigation, submitting them to state and federal courts, including state appellate and supreme courts, as well as federal Courts of Appeal and the Supreme Court of the United States.

Mo also publishes byline articles covering a variety of legal topics, including new developments and legal strategies associated with healthcare, the False Claims Act and class action litigation.

Earlier in her career, Mo clerked for the Honorable William H. Rehnquist, Chief Justice of the United States, and the Honorable James B. Loken of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit. She joined Dowd Bennett in 2009.
