Rebecca (Becky) McLaughlin is a Partner at Dowd Bennett LLP with a versatile, high-stakes practice. She has represented criminal defendants alleged to be involved in multi-million-dollar fraud schemes; large manufacturers in product liability litigation involving allegations of serious bodily injury and death; and Fortune 500 companies involved in high-dollar contract and employment disputes. In addition to Becky’s litigation experience, she has developed a niche of conducting internal investigations for her clients, handling time-sensitive, delicate matters involving allegations of sexual harassment, race and gender discrimination, and misuse of company funds.
Becky is a Georgetown University Law Center graduate where she served as a Co-Managing Editor for The Georgetown Law Journal. Becky previously clerked for the Hon. Audrey Fleissig and Hon. John Ross in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri. She is a member of the Women’s White Collar Defense Association and currently serves as a Member of the Board for the Women Lawyers’ Association.
