Nickolas Foran is an associate in Dowd Bennett’s Dallas office. Nick concentrates on complex commercial litigation in both state and federal courts. He is an experienced former federal prosecutor and in-house counsel.
Before joining Dowd Bennett, Nick was in-house counsel for a major U.S. airline, where his work focused on investigations, operations and regulatory compliance. Nick also previously served as a Trial Attorney with the U.S. Department of Justice’s Antitrust Division, where he led investigations and prosecutions of white collar crime.
Prior to joining DOJ through the Attorney General’s Honors Program, Nick served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Brian C. Buescher, U.S. District Judge for the District of Nebraska.
Nick is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy and served for over a decade as a naval officer and helicopter pilot before becoming an attorney.
