Sheena R. Hamilton Appointed to Eighth Circuit Civil Jury Instruction Sub-Committee

Sheena R. Hamilton has been appointed to the Eighth Circuit Civil Jury Instruction Sub-Committee.  The Sub-Committee will formulate and present proposed changes to the Civil Jury Instructions for presentation to the Committee on Model Jury Instructions for the District Courts of the Eighth Circuit at the 2020 Eighth Circuit Judicial Conference.  Hamilton will serve alongside United State Magistrate Judges and trial lawyers across the Circuit.  At Dowd Bennett, Hamilton’s practice concentrates on employment and commercial litigation along with corporate internal investigations.
