Elizabeth C. Carver recognized by Super Lawyers
Elizabeth C. Carver has been recognized by Super Lawyers in Missouri & Kansas for her Appellate practice. Beth has successfully handled appeals in a variety of areas including employment, banking, class action, product liability, breach of contract, tort and insurance matters. She has argued cases before the Eighth Circuit, the Federal Circuit, the Missouri Supreme Court, and the Eastern and Western Districts of the Missouri Court of Appeals. Additionally, Beth was recently inducted as a Fellow of the American Academy of Appellate Lawyers. This is the 14th year that Beth has received this recognition, which involves a multiphase selection process including peer nominations along with independent research.
