Dowd Bennett Partner Authors Article on Supreme Court Term in the Area of Labor and Employment

Dowd Bennett Partner and member of the Lawyers Conference Executive Committee for the American Bar Association’s Judicial Division Sheena R. Hamilton co-authored an article summarizing the latest Supreme Court term from the perspective of Labor and Employment.  Ms. Hamilton and her co-author, Brandi D. Pikes, summarized three cases, Van Buren v. United States, Tanzin, et al., v. Tanvir, et al and California, et al., v. Texas, et al.  Also highlighted were three employment related cases where the Supreme Court denied certiorari.  The article was published on the American Bar Association website and is attached.
