Terrence J. O’Toole, Jr. Joins Dowd Bennett as Partner

Terry O’Toole, Jr., an experienced trial lawyer in the areas of Commercial Litigation, Healthcare Litigation and White Collar Criminal Defense, has joined Dowd Bennett as a partner effective January 1, 2024.  “We are thrilled that Terry has joined our firm and look forward to what his expertise and experience will bring to our clients,” said founding partner Jim Bennett.  “We have known Terry for years and couldn’t be more pleased that he is now part of Dowd Bennett,” founding partner Ed Dowd added.  Before joining the private practice ranks, O’Toole was a police detective and a criminal prosecutor.
