Previous BAMSL Presidents Pass the Gavel to Edward L. Dowd, Jr.

Earlier today, at the annual Law Day celebration, twenty-two former presidents of The Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis passed the gavel to Ed Dowd, Jr. just before he was officially sworn in as President of BAMSL by U.S. Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas.

Justice Thomas was the keynote speaker for the event and administered the oath of office to Ed and the other incoming BAMSL officers and board members.  Before the festivities concluded for the afternoon, Ed Dowd spoke about his vision and plans as BAMSL’s President.
