Nixon and Carver Chosen as Top Appellate Attorneys for Fourth Consecutive Year

Dowd Bennett partners Governor Jay Nixon and Elizabeth Carver have been selected as two of the top 30 appellate attorneys in Missouri by Missouri Lawyers Media.

This is the fourth consecutive year that Nixon and Carver have been selected for the annual MLM POWER List for Appellate Attorneys. “These are practitioners who have defended or opposed notable jury verdicts and helped to set important precedents that shape the law,” according to MLM’s editorial staff.
