Michael Kuhn Joins Dowd Bennett

Dowd Bennett is pleased to announce that Michael Kuhn has joined the firm.  Mr. Kuhn practices in the areas of complex civil and commercial litigation in both state and federal courts, with a particular emphasis in breach of contract, fraud, and tort claims.  Mr. Kuhn represents both corporations and individuals and has counseled clients during all phases of litigation.

Prior to entering private practice, Mr. Kuhn served as a judicial law clerk for several federal judges, including the Honorable John Ross, United States District Judge in the Eastern District of Missouri; the Honorable Donald J. Stohr, United States District Judge in the Eastern District of Missouri; and the Honorable Laurie Smith Camp, United States District Judge in the District of Nebraska.  Mr. Kuhn attended the University of Nebraska, where he served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Nebraska Law Review, published a case note regarding free speech issues, and won the outstanding civil clinic student award.
