Judgment in Favor of Dowd Bennett’s Client Valero Energy

On Wednesday, November 14, 2012, the Circuit Court for Pulaski County, Missouri entered judgment in favor of MRP Properties, Inc., a Valero Company, in the matter of MRP Properties, Inc. v. Gateway Energy LLC.  After a bench trial, the Court awarded the full monetary relief requested in the unlawful detainer action and possession of the property.  The judgment also resulted in a consent order in the companion case proceeding in Camden County.  Selena Evans represented the plaintiff.
