D&S Manufacturing v. Behr Process Corporation

In the summer of 2005, Jim Bennett tried to verdict a case brought by a window manufacturer who claimed that its facility burned due to a faulty warning created by Behr Process Corp., one of the leading paint manufacturers in the country. Issues at trial included the cause and origin of the fire and the adequacy of the warning. The jury rendered a verdict in favor of our client after less than two hours of deliberation.
