Dowd Bennett Obtains Favorable Court of Appeals Decision in Landmark Inverse Condemnation Case

The Missouri Court of Appeals for the Eastern District has affirmed a trial court decision obtained by Dowd Bennett that dismissed claims of inverse condemnation and civil conspiracy against Dowd Bennett’s client and the City of St. Louis, among other alleged co-conspirators.  The case was handled before the trial court and court of appeals by Dowd Bennett attorney Jamie Rehmann, supported by partners Ed Dowd and Robert Epperson.
