Dowd Bennett Becomes a MAJOR SPONSOR for the 2012 Walk to Defeat ALS®
Dowd Bennett and Ameren are the Major Sponsors for the 2012 Walk to Defeat ALS®. ALS, which is more commonly known as Lou Gehrig’s Disease, is a fatal, neuromuscular disease that slowly deprives its victims of both their mobility and their ability to breathe. Its effects are devastating. Dowd Bennett’s contribution to the ALS Association St. Louis Regional Chapter will help sustain crucial, no-cost care for patients suffering from this disease, as well as enable research to find a cure.
The 2012 Walk to Defeat ALS® will be held on Saturday, June 30th in Forest Park at 10:00 a.m. Please come out and join the fight against ALS. The money that is raised for this walk directly funds local care services, helping those families living with ALS in the St. Louis area.
