2019 Walk to Defeat ALS presented by Dowd Bennett LLP

This Saturday, June 22nd, thousands of people will gather in Forest Park to support people with ALS and their families from eastern Missouri and central and south Illinois.  This is the fourth consecutive year that Dowd Bennett has been the presenting sponsor of the Walk.  The Walk raises funds to battle ALS, a neuromuscular disease that slowly deprives its victims of both their mobility and their ability to breathe.

Dowd Bennett’s own Kelly Murrie is a very active supporter of the Walk, and each year organizes a team to honor her sister Tammy Hardy who lost her battle at the age of 39.  Earlier this week, Kelly did an interview with STL TV for the Walk.  Links to the interview are below.
