Elizabeth C. Carver selected to the 2018 Missouri & Kansas Super Lawyers list
Elizabeth C. Carver has been recognized by Super Lawyers in the state of Missouri for her work in the area of Appellate. Beth has successfully handled appeals in a variety of areas including employment, banking, class action, product liability, breach of contract, tort and insurance matters. She has argued cases before the Eighth Circuit, the Federal Circuit, the Missouri Supreme Court, and the Eastern and Western Districts of the Missouri Court of Appeals. This is the 12th year that Beth has received this recognition, which involves a multiphase selection process including peer nominations along with independent research.
