Herschel, et al. v. Nixon, et al.

In June of 2009, John Comerford successfully sued the Governor of the State of Missouri to prevent the termination of three Administrative Law Judges in the Missouri Division of Workers’ Compensation. A temporary restraining order was obtained to block the termination of the judges, and we eventually obtained a permanent injunction against their removal after a trial.
