Dowd Bennett Obtains Defense Verdict in Katz v. Anheuser-Busch

A St. Louis City jury found in favor of Anheuser-Busch on Francine Katz’s claims of gender discrimination. Ms. Katz was the highest ranking female at Anheuser-Busch and claimed gender discrimination in pay from 2002 through 2008. The trial lasted three weeks and was handled by Dowd Bennett attorneys Jim Bennett, Gabriel Gore, Jennifer Aspinall, and Megan Heinsz.
