Ms. Anderson’s practice focuses on commercial litigation and white-collar defense. Her experience includes lawsuits concerning contracts, environmental regulation, white-collar defense, First Amendment, and intellectual property infringement. Ms. Anderson practices in both state and federal courts. She recently assisted with a complex criminal investigation that culminated in a trial where she defended a contractor charged with a white-collar offense. Ms. Anderson has also assisted in the successful dismissal of class action lawsuits alleging price discrimination against hospitals. She has defended clients’ trademarks and intellectual property against infringement, newspapers against allegations of libel and municipalities in administrative hearings and class actions alleging constitutional violations.
Ms. Anderson served as a law clerk for the Honorable Karen E. Schreier of the United States District Court for the District of South Dakota for two years. She has also worked at another law firm in the St. Louis area. During law school, she served as primary editor of the Hamline Law Review. She has published an article in the Hamline Law Review and in a publication of the St. Louis bar association.
