Mr. Epperson served as Lead Articles Editor of the Missouri Law Review and published notes on taxpayer standing under the Internal Revenue Code and the First Amendment’s Free Exercise Clause.

Prior to joining the firm in 2006, Mr. Epperson served as a law clerk to Justice William Ray Price of the Missouri Supreme Court and as an associate at Bryan Cave LLP. At Bryan Cave, Mr. Epperson practiced in the firm’s litigation, corporate, and international groups, spending nearly three years as resident in the firm’s Kuwait and Dubai offices.

Mr. Epperson’s practice focuses primarily on the prosecution and defense of complex commercial lawsuits, white collar criminal defense, and the representation of clients in internal investigations. Mr. Epperson has experience in the representation of major U.S. corporations in defense of nationwide class actions and has advised major U.S. corporations and multi-national clients in internal investigations and litigation matters in the United States, as well as the Middle East. Between 2000 and 2002, Mr. Epperson counseled and assisted the State of Kuwait in the submission and prosecution before the United Nations of its multi-billion dollar public sector claims against Iraq arising out of the invasion and occupation of Kuwait.
